This pompano took me by surprise when I was jigging. It was my first one of this kind and I never saw one before. All of the people on the boat were joking that it was a midget roosterfish. I love this fish, it is very unique with it's beautiful thread fins - when they get older they lose them. Also, by the way, this fish gave me a nice fight.
