Brotula clarkae, also known as Clark's Brotula, is a species of deep-sea fish belonging to the family Ophidiidae. It is found in the eastern central Pacific Ocean, specifically off the coasts of Mexico, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.

Clark's Brotula is a relatively large fish, growing up to 70 cm in length. It has a slender, elongated body and a pointed head with a large mouth. Its body coloration is typically a dark brown or black, and it has small, almost vestigial eyes.

Like other members of the Brotula genus, Clark's Brotula is a nocturnal and solitary fish, spending most of its time hiding in rocky crevices and caves on the ocean floor during the day and coming out at night to feed on small crustaceans, worms, and other bottom-dwelling organisms.
